Catering Policy

To ensure we have adequate time to prepare your order and provide the best possible service, please review the following catering policies before booking.

Booking & Payment

​

• Catering events may be booked up to 6 months in advance.

• Catering invoices must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event date.

• If your event is booked within 2 weeks of the event date, the full invoice must be paid on the same day as your consultation.

• Events booked within 2 weeks of the event date are non-refundable and not eligible for menu changes.

• Please have a realistic catering budget in mind before scheduling your consultation. Final pricing is based on menu selections, guest count, service needs, and other event details.

 

Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the event date are eligible for a 25% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event date are non-refundable.

• Once an event is within the 2-week window, Yaya’s Kitchen has already allocated food, labor, preparation time, and resources toward the event.

 

Menu Changes

​

• Clients are allowed 2 menu changes per event at no additional charge.

• Beginning with the 3rd menu change, a $50 menu change fee will apply.

• Events booked within 2 weeks of the event date are not eligible for menu changes.

 

By booking catering services with Yaya’s Kitchen, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
